Ricky Sangra has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ricky is currently working as an Account Manager, EMEA at Clari since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Everbridge as an Account Manager from July 2018 to March 2022. Ricky also had a long tenure at Acquia, where they worked as an Account Manager - EMEA from May 2013 to July 2018. Ricky served as an Account Director - UK&I at MDNX from April 2011 to May 2013. Ricky started their career in 2000 as an Account Representative at ntl:Telewest Business. Ricky then worked as a Collections Manager at HFC Bank from April 2004 to June 2005. Later, they joined Verizon Business as an Account Manager from September 2005 to March 2010. Ricky also has experience in property management, working as an Investor and a Business Development Manager from March 2010 to April 2011.

Ricky Sangra attended Maiden Erlegh School from 1993 to 1999, where they completed their GCSEs in various subjects. Afterwards, they enrolled in Birmingham City University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Multimedia and Networks Technology. Ricky continued their education at the same institution from 2003 to 2005, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Networks for Business. Ricky successfully graduated with a 2.1 degree classification in this field of study.
