Robin Crotteau

Robin Crotteau has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Robin currently works as a Talent Sourcer at Clari, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Apex Leaders from June 2019 to February 2022, serving as a Research Manager, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate. At Apex Leaders, Robin was responsible for providing qualitative and primary research, sourcing industry expertise, and supporting due diligence and board of directorships for private equity firms.

Before that, Robin worked as a Climbing Instructor at Asana Climbing Gym from October 2017 to February 2019. Robin also had a role as an Administrative Specialist (Temporary) at the Idaho Veterans Research and Education Foundation (IVREF) in September to November 2018, where they assisted with organizational tasks, managed fiscal data, systemized purchase orders, and prepared HR employee files.

Additionally, Robin had experience as a Research Intern at Fondacion Salvador Allende from March to July 2016, where they carried out an independent research project aligned with the organization's mission. Robin also worked as a Legal Intern at Idaho Legal Aid Services, Inc. in June to August 2015, assisting attorneys and engaging in trial preparation and outreach visits to migrant farmworker camps.

Robin began their professional journey with an internship at the Idaho Democratic Party in June to August 2014. Robin also served as a Senate Page for the State of Idaho from January to April 2013. As a Senate Page, their responsibilities included maintaining bill books, assisting senators and staff in committee meetings, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Robin Crotteau has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Grinnell College. They also have a background in International/Global Studies from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In addition, Robin has obtained a certification as a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP) from Sourcing Training and Certifications in May 2022.
