Garnetta Penn

Garnetta Penn currently serves as the Director of Choral Activities at Clark Atlanta University since October 2022, bringing extensive experience as a Choral Director with Atlanta Public Schools since August 1998. Garnetta holds a Tier 1 Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Georgia State University, obtained in 2020, and a Master of Music Education (MMEd) from The University of Georgia, earned between 2005 and 2008. Garnetta's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education with a focus on Voice from Clark Atlanta University, completed in 1992, and a high school diploma from Mays High School, earned in 1987.
