Justin Strothoff

Justin Strothoff has extensive experience in retail operations, having worked in various managerial roles for multiple companies. Justin started their career at Gap Inc. in 1999 as a Sales/Stock Supervisor. Justin then moved to Abercrombie & Fitch, where they worked as a Store Manager from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they joined J.Crew as an Assistant Manager for a year. Strothoff then joined the Puma Group, where they held several positions, including District Manager from 2011 to 2016, Senior Manager of Retail Operations at PUMA NA from 2017 to 2020, and Director of Retail Operations from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are working as the Director of Retail Operations at Clarks since April 2023. Strothoff's responsibilities have included managing sales and profit, controlling expenses, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and inventory management.

Justin Strothoff attended LHS from 1995 to 1998. Justin then went on to study Business Management at the Community College of Rhode Island from 1999 to 2001.
