Kate Meyer

Kate Meyer serves as the Senior Grain Merchandiser and Soybean Product Line Manager at Clarkson Grain Company since September 2024. Previously, Kate held the position of Senior Manager Strategic Sourcing at Hearthside Food Solutions from January 2022 to August 2024 and worked as Senior Manager Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Manager at Weston Foods between April 2018 and January 2022. Kate's career includes experience as the Edible Beans & Organic Feed Grains Merchant at Thompsons Limited from August 2016 to March 2018, and as Ontario Grain Manager at Cargill from May 2007 to June 2016, where key contributions included leading the Ontario Grain Product Line and managing significant procurement operations for canola and soybean products. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of Guelph, obtained in 2007, and completed education at Lord Dorchester Secondary School from 1999 to 2003.
