Matt Miller

Matt is the General Counsel and works in our Chicago office. He leads Claro Healthcare’s legal and risk management functions.

Matt has over 20 years of legal experience, most of which was obtained in an in-house environment. His practice has historically focused on the commercial/contracting area, although he also has extensive experience in law department administration and providing leadership, strategic thought and general counsel to business executives.

Prior to joining Claro Healthcare, Matt was a leader in the law department of Aon Corporation (which acquired Hewitt Associates, where Matt started in 2001). He led the U.S. commercial legal team for both the human resources outsourcing and consulting lines of business. Prior to joining Hewitt Associates, Matt was a senior associate with a leading Chicago law firm.

Matt earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and his J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law.
