Esther Oqua

Esther Oqua has been working in the professional field since 2017. Esther began their career as a Productivity Specialist (Management Consultant) for Meridian Productivity Limited. During this role, they analyzed and evaluated organizations' operations and procedures to offer recommendations based on their findings. Esther then moved on to Courage Healthcare Ltd - West Midlands in 2018, where they served as an Operations Manager. In the same year, they also began working as a Digital Marketing Executive for Industry Qualifications. During this role, they worked across the IQ group in developing and implementing marketing and business development activity. In 2020, Esther took on a role as a Full Stack Developer for Black Codher Bootcamp. Most recently, in 2021, Esther began working as a Customer Operations Analyst for Claro Money.

Esther Oqua received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Consumer behavior and Marketing from the University of Reading between 2011 and 2014. Esther then attended the University of Worcester, where they earned their Master of Science (MSc) in Business Psychology between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, Esther attended Halesowen College, receiving their BTEC National Diploma in Business Studies between 2008 and 2011.
