Richard Chmelar

Richard Chmelar is currently a partner at Clarus Capital Group. Prior to this, they were a client advisor at UBS from August 2013 to October 2017, where they specialized in HNWI Russia. From January 2013 to July 2013, they were a treasury steering freelancer at Raiffeisen Bank International, and before that they were an accountant part-time at PALINA s.r.o. from January 2008 to June 2013. Richard started their career as an IFRS accounting intern at Erste Group Bank AG from January 2011 to July 2011.

Richard Chmelar holds a MSc in Investment and Finance from the University of Strathclyde, a BA in Accounting and Finance from the Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt, and a Matura in Economics and Mathematics from the Private Slovak-English Secondary School. Richard also participated in the Erasmus programme at the University of Limerick.

Richard Chmelar reports to Giancarlo Guetg, Managing Partner. They are on a team with Yergali Kalibekov - Head, Representative Office AIFC, Partner, Ingrid Huber - Partner, and Ufuk Torun - Partner.
