Adam Solomon, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Adam started their career at MLC, where they gained valuable experience in equity and investment research, business development, project management, business analysis, advanced spreadsheet development, and business consulting. Adam then moved to Mercer, where they worked as an Associate in the corporate advisory section and later as a Senior Associate/Strategic Projects Manager, leading the development of new offerings and working on strategic consulting assignments. Adam also played a key role in the development of the Melbourne Mercer Global Pension Index. After Mercer, they joined Aquila Heywood as an Implementation Consultant/Business Analyst/Project Manager, providing project management and business analysis services for pension administration software implementations and migrations. Adam went on to earn a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Studies from UNSW in 2001. In 2002, they obtained a Master of Commerce in Finance from UNSW. Later, in 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Graduate Course in Accounting at the University of Technology Sydney.

Additionally, they hold the ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management and BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Foundation from 2014.
