Anne Mandich, PhD

Anne Mandich, PhD has held a variety of roles in the past 12 years. In 2010, they were a Research Assistant at the University of Georgia, where they produced an annual report measuring the economic impact of the University of Georgia's Public Service and Outreach Program. Anne also served as an Instructor at the University of Georgia, teaching an accelerated Intermediate Microeconomics course. In 2015, they held a Senior Associate-Data Science Analyst role at a Stealth Mode Startup. In 2016, they were a Product Analyst at Thumbtack, and in 2018, they were a Senior Data Scientist at Airbnb, where they were part of a small but mighty team to define and measure the impact Airbnb has on all its stakeholders. In 2021, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Onu, and in 2022, they will be a Senior Data Scientist at ClassDojo.

Anne Mandich, PhD obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Economics from The University of Georgia between 2010 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python), Python Data Structures, and Using Python to Access Web Data from Coursera in May 2017.
