Abraham Chen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Abraham started their career as a Laboratory Research Assistant at UC San Diego from March 2011 to September 2012.

In 2014, they joined Ozeri as a Lead Customer Service Representative, gaining an understanding of the order fulfillment workflow in a start-up business.

Abraham then joined Illumina, where they held various customer service roles from Customer Service Specialist to Sr. Customer Care Specialist, handling key responsibilities such as managing top tier accounts, driving change management, and providing input on key processes. Abraham also took on additional projects such as being a Voice of Customer Survey Result Project lead and a Field Sales Support.

In 2020, Abraham joined Codex DNA as a Sr Customer Service Associate and later was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor. Abraham wore multiple commercial hats, including customer service, sales operations, quotes, and data steward. Abraham also led cross-functional alignment meetings and created new workflows and processes.

Currently, Abraham is working at Classy.org as a Sr Product Support Specialist and a Product Support Manager for Classy Live, which is Classy's virtual and hybrid event software for non-profits.

Abraham Chen's education history includes earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California State University San Marcos in the years 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they attended UC San Diego and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, with a focus on Culture & Communications. Additionally, in 2019 and 2018, they completed courses at UC San Diego Extended Studies in Customer Experience and Intermediate Excel, respectively.

Abraham Chen has also obtained several certifications in Statistics Foundations from LinkedIn. Abraham acquired Statistics Foundations: 3 in August 2020, Statistics Foundations: 2 in May 2020, and Statistics Foundations: 1 in April 2020.
