Thom also had a brief stint as an Analyst at Northwest Airlines from June 2008 to February 2009. Early in their career, Thom gained experience as an Intern at Spoleto Study Abroad from 2006 to 2008 and as a Junior Analyst at TWI Italy in 2007.

Thom Morris completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International/Global Studies and Classics at Washington University in St. Louis from 2004 to 2008. Thom then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, graduating between 2013 and 2015.
