Shawn Monroe has extensive work experience in the sales and business development field. Shawn currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Clean Energy Associates (CEA) since September 2022. Prior to this role, Shawn worked at C&D Technologies from 2018 to 2022 as a Strategic Account Manager and later as a National Account Manager. Shawn's earlier experience includes roles at Molex, where they served as an Account Manager from 2011 to 2013, a Sales Engineer from 2007 to 2011, and a Sales Engineer from 2002 to 2007. Shawn supported various customers in industries such as military, renewable energy, medical, and industrial.

Prior to their tenure at Molex, Shawn worked at Molex Printed Circuit Products as a Regional Switch Sales Manager from 1998 to 2002 and at Molex ETC as a Sales Engineer from 1997 to 1998.

At the beginning of their career, Shawn was a Sales Representative at Mark III Industries, where they promoted conversion vans and trucks to dealers across the United States.

Shawn started their professional journey at Hallmark Technologies as a Sales and Sales Manager, where they promoted membrane switch and PCB keypad technology and design services. Shawn later became the Inside Sales Manager with a team of five.
