Dr. Yogeshwar Chandelia is a highly skilled professional in the field of biotechnology and process science with extensive experience in fermentation technology and bioprocess optimization. Currently serving as Scale-up Technology Manager at Clean Food Group since October 2023, Dr. Chandelia previously held roles such as Process Science Specialist at Kerry and Senior Fermentation Scientist at 3F BIO LTD, where significant developments in mycoprotein production were achieved. Academic experience includes postdoctoral research at the University of Strathclyde and the University of Manchester, focusing on bio-succinic acid production and process design. Dr. Chandelia holds a Ph.D. from the University of Nottingham, complemented by various certifications in project management and laboratory practices.
