Claire Howells

Claire Howells has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Claire currently holds the position of Head of Talent & Learning at Cleanaway Waste Management since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Corburton Advisory as a Principal from 2005 onwards. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Global Group Manager for Diversity & Inclusion and Organizational Development at Incitec Pivot Limited. Before that, they were the Senior Director of Talent Management at Dyno Nobel from 2014 to 2021. From 2005 to 2014, they held multiple roles at Zions Bancorporation, including VP of Human Capital and Governance and Vice President. Claire also has experience at DATAFAST LIMITED as the Head of Human Resources from 2003 to 2005, and at Corporate Services as a Consultant in 2002. Prior to this, they worked at ANSON Recruitment as a Senior Manager from 1997 to 2002, Careerlife Pty Ltd as an Operations Manager from 1999 to 2001, and Corporate Forums and Professional Events as a presenter.

Claire Howells earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing from Edith Cowan University in 1994. In 2000-2001, they attended the Australian Institute of Management and obtained a Certificate IV in Management Practices. From 2003 to 2005, Claire pursued an MBA in Business at The University of Western Australia.
