Caroline Lee

Caroline Lee has extensive experience in HR roles, starting as an HR Administrator and progressing to HR Advisor at Financial Ombudsman Service. Currently, Caroline holds the position of Head of People & Culture at Clear Channel UK, where Caroline also serves as a People and Culture Partner for Commercial UK and Europe. Caroline graduated from the University of Kent with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
