Andrew Solomon is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Clear, a company dedicated to simplifying finances for Indians. With a background in HR and talent acquisition across different tech and non-tech industries, Andrew has held leadership roles in companies like Skylo Technologies, Blue Yonder, Flipkart.com, Dell Services, DXC Technology, Unisys, and Allegis Group. Andrew holds a Master's in Social Work with a focus on HR from Madras Christian College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Christ University.
