Colleen Lood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Colleen began their career in 2004 at Southwestern Company, where they sold educational materials door-to-door and achieved exceptional sales results, including being the record holder for most sales in a single summer in the history of Oregon. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an Account Manager at Thomson Reuters, specializing in sales of web-based tax and accounting research. During their time there, they consistently surpassed sales goals. In 2012, Colleen joined McGraw-Hill Higher Education as a Learning Technology Representative and later became a District Manager. Colleen was responsible for selling digital and print solutions in the higher education markets across several states and achieved outstanding performance, receiving awards and consistently exceeding sales goals. In 2020, they moved to ClearCompany Talent Management Software, where they initially worked as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager before being promoted to Manager of Account Management.
Colleen Lood attended the University of Oregon from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at the university, Colleen studied Political Science and Business.
