Doug Mcmaster

Doug is a managed cloud and professional services leader with over two decades invested in this arena – having built and managed both early stage VC-backed organizations to the world’s largest enterprise managed cloud businesses.

Doug began the first decade of his career as a CPA before deciding that spectating wasn’t enough. In 1999, he joined digitalNATION, a cloud computing technology startup of 50 employees that was purchased within six short months by Verio, quickly becoming the leading product supporting over 500 sellers. The resulting explosive growth taught Doug to leverage innovation at every opportunity in order to maintain an exceptional client experience at an affordable price. After yet another acquisition, he ascended to manage one of the largest managed cloud businesses in the world, the Global Cloud Operations for NTT’s Global 2000 enterprise managed cloud customers, where he twice won the competitive NTT Global Solutions award.

Most recently, Doug served as Executive Vice President of Managed Public Clouds at 2nd Watch, a company recently acquired by STT. During his tenure there, he built managed public cloud services from the ground up, tightly integrated with professional and advisory services.

Today, as the SVP of Healthcare Managed Cloud and Services, he leverages his accounting experience and 20+ years of supporting business cloud customers to create an exceptional experience through innovation and unmatched standards in customer support.
