Scott Gilbertson

Scott is a Partner at TPG based in San Francisco. He holds a leadership position in the TPG Growth Ops Group. Prior to joining TPG Growth in 2007, Scott held a number of operating positions including Senior Vice President of Merchandising (Chief Merchant) at Under Armour Performance Apparel, Chief Operating Officer and President eCommerce at J.Crew Group and CEO of Ludi Labs, Inc. He is an alumnus of Claremont McKenna College and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Prior board service of note includes: David’s Bridal, Xponential Fitness, The Vincraft Group (Kosta Browne/Gary Farrell), 3 Day Blinds, Taco Bueno and Rotoplas. Scott is currently on the boards of CLEAResult, Greencross/Petbarn Fender Musical Instruments, Independent Pet Partners, Fred Segal, Fraym and The First Tee of San Francisco.
