Stephanie Hawkes

Stephanie Hawkes has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and administration. Stephanie started their career at Your Favourite Story in 2014, where they held various roles such as Office and HR Administrator, Office Administrator and Social Media Co-ordinator, and Office Administrator and Account Co-ordinator. Stephanie'sresponsibilities included managing travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and events, and handling office administration tasks.

In 2019, Stephanie joined Clearmatics as a People Operations Generalist, where they played a crucial role in the recruitment process by screening candidates and managing the ATS system. Stephanie then moved on to become the Operations and HR Lead, responsible for running the business HR function, defining HR strategy, and supporting managers in performance development plans. Currently, Stephanie holds the position of Head of People, overseeing the HR function and contributing to employee engagement and job satisfaction within the organization.

Stephanie Hawkes completed their education from 2004 to 2011 at Greensward Academy, where they obtained their GCSE's and A Levels. Stephanie then attended Keele University from 2011 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on History with Economics. Stephanie has also obtained various certifications, including CIPD Level 5 and CIPD Level 7 Certificate from Watson Martin. Additionally, they have certifications in First Aid at Work and Fire Marshal from St Johns Ambulance, and they attended the Linkedin for Recruiters Workshop offered by www.LinkedInTraining.net.
