Gangadhar Kotte

Gangadhar Kotte has a strong and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gangadhar is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at ClearOne Advantage since 2022. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Application Development at Fiserv from 2020 to 2022, where they directed the day-to-day operations of a technology organization supporting an online banking platform and credit card services.

Prior to Fiserv, Gangadhar held various positions at Equifax, starting as a Vice President of Technology from 2013 to 2018, where they were responsible for designing the Lock and Alerts solution mandated by the U.S. Congress. Gangadhar then became the SVP Technology from 2018 to 2019 and a Consultant from 2019 to 2019.

Gangadhar also worked as the Vice President of Technology at TrustedID, Inc., which was later acquired by Equifax, from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at Everyone Counts, Inc. from 2008 to 2009, Vice President of Engineering at Equilar from 2006 to 2008, and Engineering Manager/Director of Engineering at New Vine Logistics from 2005 to 2006.

Gangadhar's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Engineering Manager at Intuit Inc. from 2000 to 2005, Director of Engineering at Asimba from 1998 to 2000, and Senior Software Engineer at Planet U from 1996 to 1998.

Gangadhar Kotte has a diverse education history that includes both formal degrees and certifications. Gangadhar started their education journey in 1983 at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 1987. Following their undergraduate studies, Gangadhar pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Hyderabad from 1987 to 1989.

In 2004, Gangadhar briefly attended Carnegie Mellon University to specialize in the "PSP for Engineering Managers" program. During the same year, they also enrolled at the University of California, Santa Cruz to study Project Management.

In addition to their formal education, Gangadhar has obtained multiple certifications to further enhance their skills. Gangadhar completed various courses on Coursera, including "Convolutional Neural Networks," "Structuring Machine Learning Projects," "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization," "Neural Networks and Deep Learning," and "Machine Learning by Stanford University." Gangadhar also completed "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" by Johns Hopkins University on Coursera.

Furthermore, Gangadhar has obtained several certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Gangadhar is an "AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty" professional since December 2019, an "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner" since May 2019, and an "AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate" since July 2019.
