Jeremy Harrell has extensive experience in policy and government affairs. Jeremy began their career as a Staff Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives, where they developed the Congressman's social media presence and took on legislative responsibilities. Jeremy then served as a Legislative and Communications Assistant, tracking policy matters and successfully navigating bills through the Democrat-controlled House. After that, they became the Legislative Director, managing a legislative team and achieving significant legislative success in the House Natural Resources Committee. Jeremy then transitioned to the United States Senate, where they worked as a Senior Policy Advisor, advising Senator Dean Heller on various policy areas such as commerce, energy, and transportation. Jeremy played a key role in spearheading public policy initiatives in Senate committees and helped pass several bills related to energy and natural resources. Jeremy later joined the International Trade Administration as a Member of the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee, advising on programs and policies to expand U.S. exports in the renewable energy sector. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Strategy Officer at ClearPath, where they lead strategic planning and oversees research and government affairs teams. Their responsibilities include promoting free-market ideas, advocating for clean energy deployment, and shaping federal policies for grid modernization and innovation in the electricity sector.

Jeremy Harrell completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from NYU Stern School of Business from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and History from Miami University between 2004 and 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Jeremy Harrell also acquired a certification in Corporate Sustainability from NYU Stern Executive Education in October 2022.
