Shawna Marie Pieta, CRCS-I has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Shawna Marie began their career as a Team Lead at Helios- Workers Compensation in 2006. In 2013, they moved to OptumRX - Workers Compensation as a Technical Writer - Operations Trainer. In 2017, they transitioned to Mediation Pro's - Workers Compensation as a Clinical Operations Manager. In 2018, they became a Learning and Development Coordinator at SHERLOQ Solutions. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the role of Prospective Orders Lead at ClearPrice Networks.
