Jon Straffon

Jon Straffon has over 35 years of healthcare experience, including 25 years at the Cleveland Clinic. Jon has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Founder and CEO of Hat Trick Solutions LLC and Executive Director of Business Development at Clearsense, LLC. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Vice President of Optimum Healthcare IT, where they oversaw Community Connect Advisory and Consulting services. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director at Cleveland Clinic, managing a $70 million operating budget and multiple departments. Jon also worked as a Partner at Technology Management Group and Department Administrator at Cleveland Clinic.

Jon Straffon earned a Master's Degree in Organization Development from American International College in 1987. Jon also holds a Bachelor's Degree from Kent State University.
