Maria Rosangela Tajaros

Maria Rosangela Tajaros has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Maria Rosangela began their career in 2003 as an Agri-Technician at Builders Rural Bank. In 2004, they joined TeleTech as a GWFM Senior Manager, where they were responsible for managing a team and providing operations planning and analysis. Maria Rosangela remained with TeleTech for over a decade until 2015.

In 2015, Maria joined Sutherland as a Senior Manager, WFM, and later transitioned to the role of WFM Director in 2018. Maria Rosangela worked at Sutherland until 2019.

In 2019, they joined Wonders Corporation as a WFM Director, a position they held until 2020.

Currently, Maria is working at ClearSource BPO, where they started in 2021. Maria Rosangela has held various roles at ClearSource BPO, including Workforce Management Director and WFM and BI Director.

Maria Rosangela Tajaros obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture with a minor in Agri-Business from Central Luzón State University from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications related to teaching, business analysis, project management, diversity and inclusion, and facilitation skills from various institutions in 2020.
