Joël GRIMON

Joël Grimon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joël is currently working as a Project Manager at ClearSpace since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Process & Maintenance Engineer at SICPA from September 2019 to January 2022. Joël also has experience as a Funder at Fly Elia, where they were involved in developing and marketing a convertible drone for institutions from June 2017 to August 2020. Joël worked as a Field Maintenance Engineer at Helinov SA from April 2018 to June 2018. Joël also served as a Design Contractors Manager at STX France, where they were responsible for delivering CAD network mock-ups for a cruise ship. Joël worked in this role from June 2016 to April 2017. Prior to that, they were a Test Engineer at Safran Transmission Systems from July 2014 to May 2016, where they managed certification test campaigns and implemented LEAN processes. Joël also gained experience at ARTS, AEROLIA (An EADS Company), and Dassault Aviation in various roles related to research and development, project management, and test engineering.

Joël Grimon completed their education at Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 2010 to 2014. Joël obtained a Master of Engineering - MEng degree with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering/Process & Industrial Engineering. In addition to their education, they have also acquired a certification in Green Belt Lean Six Sigma from XL Formations.
