Kelly McGrorty began their career at One Communications in 2003 as a Customer Account Manager, where they provided strategic support to top-tier accounts and served as a primary point of contact for customer satisfaction. Kelly later became a Regional Order Manager before joining ClearVision Optical in 2008 as a Sales Support Manager. At ClearVision Optical, they eventually transitioned into the role of Head of Process Improvement in 2015.

Kelly McGrorty earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Stony Brook University from 1997 to 2000. Kelly then pursued further education, obtaining an MBA in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University in New York from 2004 to 2006.
