Joon Park has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joon started their career as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch in 1996, where they completed the NASD Series 7 exam and the Merrill Lynch analyst training program. Joon then moved on to Bear Stearns & Co. as a Fixed Income Sales & Trading professional in 1997.

In 2000 and 2001, Joon worked as a Summer Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Following that, they joined Shin & Kim as an Associate (Corporate Attorney) in 2003, where they focused on cross-border M&A and capital market transactions.

From 2012 to 2019, Joon worked at nWay Inc., a venture-backed mobile game startup. Joon initially joined as the VP of Finance and was later promoted to Chief Financial Officer. During their time at nWay, the company created popular games such as "Power Rangers: Legacy Wars" and "Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid" and was eventually acquired by Animoca Brands.

In 2019, Joon joined Clearwater Analytics as the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Joon played a crucial role in the company's growth, contributing to revenue growth and IPO readiness. Clearwater Analytics, a B2B vertical SaaS company, listed on the NYSE in 2021.

Currently, Joon has completed 10 quarters as a public company at Clearwater Analytics, which has a market cap of approximately $5 billion.

Joon Park completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stanford University from 1992 to 1996. Joon then pursued further education at Boston College Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree between 1999 and 2002. In 2003, they received certification from the New York State Unified Court System, making him admitted in the New York Bar.
