Catherine E.

Catherine E. has held several executive positions throughout their career. Catherine began in 2010 as the President of Duke Energy South Carolina and later became the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at American Transmission Company. In 2013, they joined Elliott Davis, LLC as the General Counsel and Corporate Strategies Officer. Catherine then became the Director of the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control in 2015. Catherine rejoined Elliott Davis in 2017 as the Chief Operating Officer before moving on to CORIX Group of Companies as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of CWS ClearWater Solutions.

Catherine E. has a diverse education history, beginning with their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of South Carolina, which they earned from 1988 to 1992. Catherine then pursued further education in the field of Law, completing their Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law from 1992 to 1995.
