Mike Neumann

Mike Neumann has extensive experience in the field service and customer service industry. Mike is currently the Director of Field & Customer Service at Cleaver-Brooks, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Service at HUG Engineering, Inc from March 2019 to March 2022. Before that, they served as the Service Manager at Aumund Corp from January 2014 to March 2019. Mike also has experience as a General Manager at Neumann Worldwide LLC from November 2011 to December 2013. Mike has held various roles at INP North America Inc, including Site Manager from August 2006 to February 2012, and Project Engineer from October 2010 to December 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Site Manager at Loesche America from 2008 to 2011, a Field Service Technician at Parsytech from 2006 to 2008, a Senior Field Technician at Argillon from 2006 to 2007, and in Field Service at Systronic from 1988 to 2002.

Mike Neumann attended Fachhochschule Heidelberg from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering.
