Ryan Lepp

Mr. Lepp joined the executive management team in 2019 as the Senior Vice President of Industrial Watertube Boilers. Lepp is responsible for leading the sales support, product management, sales engineering and product development teams for the Industrial Watertube product offering, including standard, custom/engineered and HRSG lines. Lepp received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University. He worked for more than fifteen years at Rockwell Automation Inc. in a variety of progressively more responsible positions in product and sales engineering, sales management and general management. Most recently, he was vice president of the industrial and network business at Panduit Corporation. While at Panduit, he also served as executive sponsor for its cultural change initiatives.
