Gerard Masnou Artigas is the Head of Customer Support & Operations at Cledara. Gerard has over 20 years of experience in customer service and operations. Prior to joining Cledara, they were a corporate travel agent at TravelPerk, where they helped customers with their travel needs and coordinated strategies with different departments to best develop the company's strategy. Gerard has also worked as a customer happiness and support executive at Cledara, where they were responsible for setting up the internal processes for the client support operations, structuring the customer support department and guiding principles, and supporting B2B customers with their SaaS management needs and their Cledara account.

Gerard Masnou Artigas has a Bachelor in Global Studies, International Relations from Universitat Pompeu Fabra - Barcelona.
