Andrae Patterson

Andrae Patterson enters his fourth season with the Cleveland Cavaliers after originally joining the team as the director of basketball administration in September 2017. Among his many duties in his current role as Sr. Director of Basketball Operations, Patterson works closely with General Manager Koby Altman and the front office staff on many basketball and front office matters. This includes personnel scouting, player and staff procurement, staff management, interdepartmental projects and being the liaison between the front office, the players and coaches. He also works with the Cavs’ community relations team on player program matters and community relations projects.
