Elizabeth Tracey (McDougall)

Elizabeth Tracey (McDougall) has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Elizabeth started their career as an HR Coordinator at Netcare Corporation in 2007 and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they served as an HR Assistant at Columbus Blue Jackets. Elizabeth then took on the role of HR Manager at The Rehabilitation and Health Center of Gahanna from 2012 to 2013. Following that, they worked as an Absence Management Specialist at CareWorksUSA for a brief period in 2013. In 2014, they joined Sedgwick as a Claims Representative in Workers' Compensation and stayed there until 2018. In 2018, they became an Office Coordinator at Socha Companies and worked until early 2019. Currently, Elizabeth is a Benefits Coordinator at Cleveland Cavaliers, a position they have held since March 2019.
