Bill Kermavner has extensive experience in educational administration, currently serving as the District Substitute Administrator for the Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District since 2017. Previously, Bill held the position of Director of the Lake County Collaborative at the Lake County Educational Service Center from 2011 to 2017, overseeing various educational programs, implementing professional learning communities, and managing multiple school district services. Bill also directed the Lake Academy, which received recognition from the Ohio Department of Education for its alternative school programming. Earlier roles include Curriculum Coordinator and Middle School Principal within the Wickliffe City School District. Bill Kermavner holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from Bowling Green State University.
