Vu Nguyen

Vu Nguyen has a strong work experience in the field of software quality assurance and testing. Vu started their career as a Desktop Support Technician at KeySpan in 1999 and continued until 2002. In 2005, they joined Chyron as a Test Engineer and worked there until 2010. During their time at Chyron, they gained valuable experience in testing and evaluating software systems.

Since 2010, Vu Nguyen has been working at Clever Devices as a Senior Software QA Engineer. Vu has been responsible for performing various testing activities including functional, regression, integration, web-based, and back-end testing for transit vehicles. Vu has also been involved in creating and revising test cases and test plans to ensure customer requirements are met. Their dedication and helpfulness in their role were acknowledged and they were awarded the "most dedicated and helpful" QA Engineer award in 2017, along with a bonus.

Vu Nguyen completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Information Systems from LIU Post, attending from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2001, Vu Nguyen earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management and Media from Dowling College. Additionally, Vu Nguyen obtained two certifications: "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in June 2021 and "Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise" from LinkedIn in June 2021.
