Jennifer Leroux

Jennifer Leroux has a diverse work experience in recruitment and human resources. Jennifer began their career in 2011 at Prestashop as a Chargée de Ressources Humaines. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting 100 employees across technical, marketing, administrative, and commercial roles. In 2013, they joined EXELTEAM as a Consultante recrutement, where they managed the full recruitment process for tertiary sector roles. In 2017, they moved to UX-Republic as a Team Leader & Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruiting UI/UX/PO/Analytics/Fullstack JS developers, creating daily LinkedIn/Twitter content, entering data into the ATS, attending meet-ups and salons, and providing feedback to the direction. In 2019, they joined Medelse as the Head of Talent Acquisition, and in 2022 they became the Chief Recruitment Officer at Cleyrop.

Jennifer Leroux completed a DUT Information Communication from IUT Le Havre between 2006 and 2008, a Licence Communication Interne & Externe from ISCPA in 2009, and a Licence Ressources Humaines from Plus Values in 2010 and 2011.
