Mike Ehrle

Mike Ehrle has over 23 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare and insurance industries. Mike is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Click Boarding since November 2021, where they focus on employee engagement and onboarding processes.

From 2015 to October 2021, Ehrle worked at Alight Solutions as the Alight Benefits Guidance - Practice Leader. Mike was responsible for business development, client retention, and scaling personalized services and technologies. During their tenure, they successfully doubled the company's growth and expanded the sales organization nationwide.

Prior to Alight Solutions, Ehrle worked at Aon Hewitt as an Operations - MMX from July 2014 to January 2015.

From 2008 to 2014, Ehrle served as the Chief Sales Officer at Davis Vision, a Highmark BCBS Company. Mike was responsible for new business development, client retention, and sales operations. Mike also focused on integrating population health management practices and improving HEDIS and STARS ratings.

Before joining UnitedHealth Group, Ehrle worked at CNA Insurance as a Senior Account Executive & Finance from 1998 to 2000. In this role, they managed self-insured Fortune 500 clients and played a key role in creating accountable care organizations to control medical costs.

Mike Ehrle obtained a BSBA degree in Finance from Drake University between 1995 and 1998. Mike then pursued further education and earned an MBA degree in Finance, General from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007. In 2011, Mike attended Dartmouth College for a short period to study Organizational Leadership, which resulted in a Leadership Strategic Impact degree.

Additionally, Mike Ehrle has obtained certifications in scuba diving. In May 2022, they acquired an Open Water Diver certification from the ISDA - International Scuba Diving Academy, followed by an Advanced Open Water Diver certification from PADI in July 2022.
