Michael V.

Michael V. has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. Michael began their career in 2010 as a Help Desk Technician at Sleepy's, The Mattress Professionals. Michael then moved on to Cablevision in the same year as a Help Desk Analyst, where they handled various responsibilities such as resolving issues remotely, processing requests, and assisting employees with troubleshooting. In 2015, Michael joined ClickDimensions, initially working as a Systems Performance Engineer before transitioning to their current role as a DevOps Engineer in October 2021.

Michael V. began their education at Suffolk County Community College in 2012, where they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Michael completed their studies in 2014.

In terms of certifications, Michael V. has obtained several certifications from Microsoft. In 2015, they achieved the "MS: Microsoft Dynamics Customization and Configuration in CRM 2013" certification. Subsequently, in 2016, they obtained the "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration" certification.

In 2017, Michael V. earned the "Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Online Deployment" certification. Michael continued their Microsoft certifications with the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" in 2020, followed by the "Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-901)" in 2021.

In 2021, Michael V. achieved two additional Microsoft certifications: "Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals" and "Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate". Their most recent certifications are the "Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert" and the "HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (002)", obtained in 2022.

Apart from Microsoft certifications, Michael V. also completed the "Attitudes for Service" training from Dale Carnegie Training in 2013. In 2012, they obtained the "HDI Support Center Analyst" certification from HDI.
