Delvene Neilson

Head of Customer Success at ClickView

Delvene Neilson is the current Head of Customer Success at ClickView. Delvene has over fifteen years of experience in sales, customer retention, and product development.

Delvene began their career as an educator in 2003. Delvene then transitioned to a role as an Innovations and Excellence Cluster Coordinator for the Department of Education and Early Childhood Learning in Victoria, Australia. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating educational programs and initiatives.

In 2005, Delvene began working for 3P Learning as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for sales, sales retention, client training, and developing and managing client relationships. Delvene was promoted to National Implementation Manager in 2007 and held this position for one year. In 2009, they were again promoted - this time to Director of Education. In this role, they were responsible for brokering and developing key business relationships, strategic business planning, and supporting product development. Delvene also organized key annual conferences.

In 2017, Delvene left 3P Learning to become the Director of Sales and Customer Enablement for 3P LEARNING LIMITED. In this role, they were responsible for sales, customer retention, and product development.

Delvene has been with ClickView since 2018 and currently serves as the Head of Customer Success.

Delvene Neilson completed a Bachelor of Education at the University of South Australia.

They work with and Linsey Napper - Head of Content. Their manager is Edward Filetti, CEO.
