Daniela Guidalevich

Daniela Guidalevich has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Daniela currently serves as the Regional Head of HR at clicOH, where they manage the human resources department across multiple countries and is responsible for various HR functions such as talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits, labor relations, internal communication, and HR policy development.

Prior to joining clicOH, Daniela worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev for eight years in various roles. As the Global Rewards Job Evaluation Manager, they were responsible for managing job evaluations. Daniela also served as the Global HR Performance Management Lead, where they oversaw performance management initiatives globally. In addition, Daniela held the role of HR Performance Management Lead for the South American Zone and played a key role in the digital transformation of HR processes.

Before their time at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Daniela worked at AT&T as an HR Country Operations South LA specialist. In this role, they supported local HR managers and business managers, while also improving HR processes and aligning them with the Shared Service Center model.

Earlier in their career, Daniela held positions at NorthgateArinso as a Payroll Analyst and Data Management Analyst, and at Teleperformance as a Recruiter and Bilingual Representative.

Overall, Daniela has a strong background in HR management, performance management, digital transformation, and process improvement.

Daniela Guidalevich completed the Programa de Desarrollo Gerencial in Management at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Licenciado en Relaciones del Trabajo degree in Recursos Humanos from the University of Buenos Aires, which they pursued from 2006 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Daniela also obtained the certification for "HR as a Business Partner" from LinkedIn in November 2018.
