Lauren Gibbons

Lauren joined CBI in March 2022 as People Partner. Prior to this Lauren worked for a publishing company for over 6 years in a similar role.

At CBI, Lauren is responsible for the employee life cycle focusing on onboarding and employee experience as a whole.

Lauren is an Associate Member of the CIPD, currently Level 5 qualified, working towards her Level 7 to complete by the end of the year.
