Kholoud H. has a diverse professional background, with experience in governance, stakeholder engagement, program management, contract negotiations, procurement, sales coordination, and teaching. Kholoud has worked with various organizations including the Climate Investment Funds, Arab American Institute, World Food Programme, UNOPS, Birzeit University, BCI, and Palestine Telecommunications Company - Paltel. Kholoud holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, a Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain from CIPS, and a Master in Business Administration from Birzeit University.
