The impact you’ll own

As Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our sales pipeline for our SaaS product, Spectra, into financial services and real estate clients in the UK and EU markets. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. You will qualify opportunities from our marketing team and support inbound sales in addition to your own outbound drive.

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to exceed targets.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in new business development and lead generation for a technology/SaaS product.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
