Marcella Muse

Marcella Muse has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Marcella started their career as a Community Solar Intern at Nexamp in 2020. Marcella then worked as a Greater Boston Leaning Local Lead and Sunrise School Communications Lead at Sunrise Movement in 2020-2021. In 2021, they were an Operations Associate at Cyan Capital Partners and also served as the Mass Renews Alliance Education Working Group Co-lead at Green New Deal Network. In 2022, they joined Climatebase as a Founding Fellow, and later, in 2023, worked as a Business Development and Director at Climatebase and ClimateRaise respectively. In the same year, they also worked at Gravity Climate as an Account Executive and Business Development Representative. Prior to these roles, they were an Investment Associate at renewables.org in 2022 and a Fellow at New England Impact Investing Initiative, Inc. from 2021-2022. Overall, Marcella Muse has gained experience in diverse areas such as business development, operations, communications, and sustainability.

Marcella Muse has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with distinction from The University of British Columbia. In 2020, they attended Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and took courses in sustainability disclosures in corporate reporting and green energy management. In 2019, they participated in the Spanish Language Intensive Immersion Program at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, as well as took courses in International Business Law and Strategic Management at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics. In 2018, Marcella was enrolled in the Middle East & International Affairs (MEIA) Program at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and participated in the Arabic Language Intensive Immersion Program at Lebanese American University. Marcella also attended the Arabic Language Intensive Immersion Program at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2017. Prior to their higher education, Marcella attended Boston Latin School from 2008 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute in November 2021.
