Costs & Proposals Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our in-house team as a Costs & Proposals Coordinator on a permanent basis. 

The Costs & Proposals Coordinator supports the Costs & Proposals Manager in managing processes related to budget preparation, vendor requests, and proposal documentation.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Is responsible for budget preparation and manages Third Party Vendor (TPV) requests for Request for Proposals (RFPs) under the supervision of the C&P Manager.
• Is responsible for preparing and finalizing draft RFP documents.
• Participates in strategy calls for RFP preparation, contributing as directed.
• Supports the change order process, assisting in budget preparation, shipment coordination, and negotiation tasks.
• Participates in project activation processes and related meetings.
• Assists in drafting, coordinating shipment, and negotiating legal documents in collaboration with the Legal Affairs Department, as directed.
• Ensures the IT system is updated with relevant information.
• Supports the maintenance of pipelines in KLM
• Contributes to regular Costs & Proposals calls.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or marketing.
• Familiarity or internship experience in CRO/Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industries is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in English and local language(s).
