Prathap Ravi

Prathap Ravi is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at ClinChoice since December 2015, Prathap oversees recruitment strategies for the US and EU markets, focusing on high-quality clinical services. Prior to this role, Prathap held senior recruitment positions at Radiant Systems Inc., where recruitment covered various domains, and Advent Global Solutions, leading a team of recruiters. Earlier experience includes roles as a Sr. Sourcing Specialist and Recruiter at Sunrise Systems, Inc. and Radiant Systems Inc., respectively. Prathap began the career as a Technical Editor/QC at MPS Technologies. Prathap holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Bangalore University and additional degrees from City College and BHS, Bangalore.
