Heather Blatchley

Vice President Operations at CLINICA CAMPESINA FAMILY HEALTH SERVICES

Heather Blatchley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Operations at Clinica Family Health, a role they have held since February 2021. Prior to that, from October 2018 to February 2021, they served as the Executive Director of Operations-Primary Care at SCL Health, where they were responsible for directing the operational and financial performance of the primary care service line.

From November 2012 to October 2018, Heather worked at Clinica Family Health as the Clinic Operations Director, overseeing the clinical and dental operations of the largest facility. At Banner Health, where they worked from March 2010 to December 2012, Heather was the Senior Manager of Rehab Services, supervising an interdisciplinary rehabilitation department.

Heather has also had experience in program development, as a Program Developer at Klose Training and Consulting, LLC from January 2009 to March 2010, and as the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Navitas Cancer Rehabilitation Centers of America from November 2007 to December 2008. Heather has also held positions as a Clinical Manager and Staff Physical Therapist/Certified Lymphedema Therapist at Navitas.

Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated strong leadership skills, overseeing budgets, managing personnel, and implementing strategic initiatives. Heather has a particular focus on patient-centered care and has implemented quality improvement procedures to support underserved populations. Additionally, Heather has shown a commitment to community outreach and education, promoting the benefits of cancer exercise therapy and lymphedema treatment.

Heather Blatchley obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Physical Sciences from Daemen University, where they attended from 1999 to 2003. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at Daemen University from 2003 to 2004, specializing in the field of Physical Therapy.
