Ana Fejerang Sphr

Ana Fejerang, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Ana currently serves as the Director of People Operations at CliniComp, Intl. As a Human Resources Director at WESTliving, Ana successfully designed and implemented a new Performance Management Program. Ana also served as an HR Business Partner, providing support in various functional areas such as employee relations, legal compliance, performance management, recruitment, and program development. Prior to that, Ana worked as an HR Generalist at Hunter Industries, where they partnered with management to identify and evaluate workforce planning efforts. Ana also served as an HR Manager at Winners Only, managing all HR functions and streamlining administrative workflow processes. At Altman Plants, Ana served as an HR Generalist. Throughout their career, Ana has been involved in various HR initiatives and has demonstrated expertise in areas such as performance management, employee relations, and program development.

Ana Fejerang earned a Certificate of Human Resources Management from UC San Diego from 2000 to 2003. In October 2003, they obtained a Human Resources Management Professional Certificate from the University of California, San Diego. In June 2013, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Finally, in March 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP Certification from SHRM.
